PT. Adhijaya Satmika Nusantara (“PT. ASN”) was founded by Budi Susanto in 1996, started from a small company that only manufactured Aluminium Pilfer Proof Caps (P.P. Caps). Fast forward to today, we now offer a wide selection of closures manufactured in steel and aluminium application, in which is 100% and infinitely recyclable. We are also equipped with the finest machineries and certified with ISO 22000 PAS 223 & Halal by MUI in Indonesia to fulfil the highest expectation concerning hygiene, sterilization and safety. With more than 20 years of experience, growth, diversification and innovation, our professional team are happy to work with you in developing the ideal closure design and customise your special requirements and needs precisely and reliably. Bottle Caps

Aluminium Pilfer-Proof Caps (P.P. Caps)

Available diameters: 18mm-38mm

Caps for pilfer-proof bottle mouth. Its safety ring splitting up when opening (or remaining on the bottle) and reliably ensure the safety of your product. Suitable for cold and hot fill, pasteurized, still and carbonated beverages.

Vial Caps

Available diameters: 13mm, 20mm, 32mm

To optimally protect chemical and pharmaceutical products against moisture, hazardous substances, BSE and TSE risks.

Crown Caps

Available in pry-off and twist-off version

Also known as a cap or beer bottle caps. These are great for most applications where the product will be consumed within a few weeks/months after the production (e.g. beer, carbonated beverages, energy drinks, teas, wine and mineral water). Additional features such as “oxygen-scavenger” liner could be added to provide an extra layer of defence and prevents further oxygen ingress through the closure overtime, keeping flavours fresher and also extending the shelf life.

Aluminium Ropp Caps

ROPP cap is a type of bottle closure & its full form is Roll on Pilfer Proof. It is kind of Metal cap generally made using fine grade of aluminium as aluminium imparts the benefit of ductility. The ROPP cap begins as a smooth skirted sleeve made of a soft material that is then shaped around the neck of the bottle with the rollers on the ROPP capping machine so that the cap fits into the threads and ridges molded on the surface of the bottle neck. A perforated portion at the bottom provides a tamper-proof seal. ROPP Caps are widely used in a type of industries like pharmaceutical, distilleries, wine and beverage etc.
